oppa (obba): an older brother or older male when called by a female
unni (eonni, uhnni): an older sister or older female when called by a female
orabuni (orabeoni, orabuhni): An older brother when called by a female. It is more formal form than oppa. And it used more frequently in the past. Now it is used rarely. Orabuni and oppa were used for only your real brother in the past. But now you can use oppa for any older males to show your affection or respect. But you cannot use orabuni for an older male who is not your real brother or cousin.
You can call your younger brother or sister just "Ya (Yah)" or "their name-ya" or "their name-a". If your younger sister's name is Jina, you can call her Jina-ya or just Ya. If your younger sister's name is Sarang, you can call her Sarang-a or Ya. You can use "-ya" when your younger sister or brother's name finished by a vowel. You can use "-a" when your younger sister or brother's name finished by a consonant.
You can use Ya to call younger people when you don't need to show your respect. So you cannot use Ya for your customers.
